Zara and Neural Mesh agents

Zara is the AI assistant in Ciyora Console. Ciyora Neural Mesh is the set of specialist agents that do longer-running work.

Zara​

  • Opens beside any console page, with suggested questions that fit the page.
  • Answers from your tenant's data and names the tools it used, so you can check the source.
  • Suggests next steps. It does not make changes on its own; changes go through the console's normal confirmations and approvals.

Neural Mesh agents​

Each agent focuses on one kind of work, such as alert triage, identity review, cloud posture, endpoint health, compliance evidence or posture summaries. Each one acts only within the autonomy level set for its module, from off through suggesting to asking before it acts. Every run is kept with its reasoning steps.

Language model​

Administrators choose the model under Settings > AI providers, for example Amazon Bedrock or a self-hosted Ollama model, test it and make it active. API keys are write-only.

AI output can be wrong. Check important findings before you act on them.
