Getting started with the Ciyora mobile app
The Ciyora mobile app runs on iOS and Android. It is one app for everyone; what each person sees follows their roles.
- Sign in with your company account. The app opens your identity provider in the system browser; it never sees your password. Add more accounts or switch company under Me.
- Turn on app lock under Me so the app asks for a fingerprint or face after a short time away.
- Set up Ciyora Verify under Me. Sign-in requests then arrive on the phone: type the number shown on the sign-in screen to approve, or choose No, it's not me to deny and report it. Add a passkey under Security keys for sensitive actions such as revealing a vault credential.
- Request access from Home › My access: choose from the catalogue, set the level, duration and reason, and follow the request and any temporary admin (just-in-time) requests.
- Decide approvals (approvers, reviewers and break-glass approvers) under Approvals: access requests with their separation-of-duties result, just-in-time elevation, access reviews and break-glass. You cannot approve your own request, and denying, revoking or approving despite a conflict needs a reason.
- Connect to Ciyora VPN under VPN: enrol the phone with a key from your administrator, connect, and pick an exit node if your policy offers one.
- Work on call (SOC roles) under SOC: acknowledge pages, acknowledge, assign and resolve alerts, add notes to incidents and, as a responder, run response actions with a reason, typed confirmation and biometric check.
Administrators: the roles that unlock approvals and SOC features are set in your identity provider. See Ciyora mobile app.
