What counts as a user, an endpoint, an identity or a workload?
Each module is priced on the unit it actually protects. A user is a person who signs in or is covered by policy. An endpoint is a laptop, desktop or server running the Ciyora endpoint agent. An identity in Ciyora Fortress is a person or a non-human identity such as a service account that Fortress governs. An asset is something Ciyora Discover inventories, and a cloud workload is a compute resource that Ciyora Armor checks. The unit for each module is shown next to its price.
What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual prices are shown per month and billed yearly in advance. Monthly billing is available at a higher rate. Use the switch above the plans to compare them.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added to your invoice where your state requires it.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. Start with a guided demo and a 14-day trial, and a 30-day money-back guarantee after your first payment.
What is in the Ciyora Zero Trust bundle?
Ciyora Zero Trust is a bundle of two modules, Ciyora Fortress (identity governance and privileged access) and Ciyora VPN (zero-trust network access), priced per user at a discount to buying them separately. Each module is also available on its own.
Can we run Ciyora Fabric ourselves?
Yes. Self-hosted deployment is available on the Enterprise plan, licensed for a set number of seats and a fixed term. Contact sales to discuss sizing and support.
Where is our data stored?
Customer data is hosted in India. The currency you pay in does not change where data is hosted. Self-hosted deployment keeps everything inside your own environment. See security and the privacy notice for details.
Which currency will we be invoiced in?
In US dollars, invoiced by Ciyora. The site shows the version for your country based on where you are; use the market switch at the top of the page to change it.
